Coachella is around the corner, time to start planning for the bohemian festival style of the desert with clothes from two of my favorites, Planet Blue and Free People.

The Lost Coast is the most undeveloped and remote portion of the California coast. The stretch is 24.6 miles, a hefty undertaking for a the 48 hours we allotted ourselves to hike it. I highly recommend hiking this trail, but learn from our mistakes, and prep accordingly.

Santa Barbara is a quick two hour drive from L.A.. Better yet, you can take the Surfliner, a train that goes through a lot of California’s major coastal cities. The Pacific Surfliner drops you off in Santa Barbara’s Funk Zone, a wino’s dream.

Raden has added a built in charging station to their luggage, which is the best feature by far, and really what makes it stand apart. 

I started a Pinterest board to brainstorm ideas around color and style for a new Airbnb project. Instead of a desert inspired dusty rose and yellow, we are going to change it up with a ranch style color palette. I envision brown leathers and rustic wood accented with blues and yellows.

A lightweight T-shirt dress can be the perfect outfit for date night. The loose, airy fabric is breathable, and dressing it up with heels gives the outfit a little extra kick (pun intended). 

Two benches sit perched on a mountain facing the sea. I’ve been lucky enough to experience this on a less traveled day. It’s quiet, breathtaking, and feels so far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city below.
