2022 Holiday Adventurer Gift Guide: Shop Brands for the Good of People and our Planet

Try and gift more thoughtfully this Christmas and choose brands that have a purpose to better the world in some way, or brands that try to be as sustainable as possible. In this post, I’ll list a few of my favorites!

Sunski

Sunski polarized sunglasses are made from recycled materials and they give 1% of sales to environmental non-profits. My current favorite are any of the rose-colored lenses that make any beautiful scene even more beautiful!

Cotopaxi

Cotopaxi makes vibrant adventure apparel and contributes a portion of its revenue to nonprofits to improve the human condition. They are also a member of 1% for the planet which means 1% of their revenue is committed to environmental causes. This gear is also just really well made and super vibrant.

Bombas

For every pair of socks purchased, one pair is donated to a network of partners that help distribute them, making meaningful changes in the homeless communities around the United States.

Toms

Toms gives one third of its profits to grass roots organizations to help marginalized communities.

Vuori

Vuori creates products in a sustainable way, offsetting their carbon footprint and focusing on the reduction of waste. They recently launched a new line called EcoOutlerlands, made from 50% recycled materials.

I’m sure there are a ton of brands I’m missing that do good. If you have some favorites, please leave them in the comments below.
