I recently took a trip to Palm Springs with Pacaso. Pacaso is a new and modern way to buy and own an amazing second home for ⅛ the price. They modernize the generations-old practice of co-owning a second home. They take care of everything, from professional interior design and furnishings, to adding professional management and technology to make scheduling dates and owning the home seamless and simple. They have the best listings in top second home markets all over California. In this post I’ll be telling you about our amazing stay at “The Oasis” Palm Springs.

The Oasis: Palm Springs

The Oasis is a modern 5 bedroom, 7 bath boho chic mecca in the middle of Palm Springs. It’s just one of the many amazing homes in California that you can co-own with Pacaso. Tall skinny palm trees and towering mountains surround this beautiful poolside abode. Plus it boasts tennis courts, fire pits, and an outdoor grill on this massive property. We spent the majority of our time poolside, sipping vibrant Aperol Spritz’s.

At the Oasis the smell of the desert fills your senses. Knotted hammocks hang from high beams on the patio, as the sun kisses your skin while basking in the sun.

We started most of or days off sipping coffee. The bedrooms are cozy and the two masters open up with sliders to the backyard.

The ensuite bathrooms have walk-in showers. My favorite is the tub that has Palm Frans as a lovely and calming backdrop and you soak the stress away.

The Oasis is a great place to relax, but it’s also a great for working remotely. It has one formal office and a few other vignettes here and there to comfortably work from. I opted for outside in the fresh air sitting cross-legged on these bohemian braided jute poufs, while Chelsea stayed indoor on the long cement dining table with basket weave pendants.

There are so many things to do at the Oasis, it’d be incredibly hard to get bored. The backyard has its own private full size tennis court. We got our game on all the days!

The Oasis also has a built-in barbecue with bar top and outdoor sink. We grilled some burgers and enjoyed them in the shade of the large pergola on this sunny day.

In the evening, we made dinner in the modern fully equipped kitchen with top of line appliances. Night time activities included outdoor fire pit, wine, a game of pool, more wine, some scrabble, more… well, you get it. There are an array of board games to choose from and a massive couch and TV in the living area. We snuggled up on the couch by the indoor fire enjoying good conversation in a beautiful setting.
