I created this poster design for the band that kicked off Coachella 2017 this year, Kayves. The lead vocalist Nick Hernandez also happens to be my cousin. I use the term cousin broadly, as most Mexicans do. He is my grandfather's brothers grandson... I think. Kayves musical influences include Joy Division, Foals, Interpol, The Cure, and Tame Impala. The band is working on an EP to keep the momentum going after a promising start at Coachella.
