Krka Falls is a great day trip to take from Split. It's a gorgeous National Park to roam around. The water is seafoam green and turquoise. The main attraction is the cascading waterfalls when you enter the park. 

Diocletian's Palace is the heart of Old Town Split. Imagine the glory of 4th century Roman architecture bustling with cafes, restaurants, and museums.

Summer's are hot on the Adriatic Sea, where European's flock to enjoy the pristine beaches on Croatia's many islands.

We decided to go to Croatia in August for the warm ocean weather, and Croatia since a few friends who have been have raved about it being a gem for it's famous summer "yacht week."
