Sip Tea at The Chai Spot
The Chai Spot in Sedona is a tranquil place to sip chai. It has a peaceful boho vibe with floor cushions and colorful pillows in an outdoor space. The chai here is brewed with love are care, and served in cups vibrant embroidered sleeves. We relaxed on the patio and caught up for hours, because it's the kind of place where you can reconnect or disconnect, a place for all to come and enjoy the peace.
Sedona is full of mystic and has a strong spiritual essence. We had the wonderful opportunity to led through Boyton Canyon by a friend of a friend who is a guide for Native American sites all throughout Sedona.
Riding ATVs or buggy's through the Sedona wilderness is exhilarating. The first trail led us to Palatki, site of Indian ruins and pictographs etched into the red rock walls. We moved along to Boynton Pass, where we zoomed through the colorful canyons, red rock pinnacles, and high mountains.
Amazingly, there is a gorgeous 3 mile loop right next to Sedona’s airport. During this hike you can see the Red Rocks from the north, opposite the view from Bell Rock. As the sun set it blanketed the mountains in soft light and the cactus needles radiantly glowed.
Our visit to Sedona was a much needed escape from the big bad city and into such a beautiful and calming environment. We explored and meditated, rode ATVs and attended a shaman breathworks ceremony. It was an eye opening experience in a magical and mystical city filled with red rocks.
